Exactly, it's harder to control someone in no-gi, which means it requires more skill. With fewer points of control, no-gi grapplers are forced to become more technical with their control. Emphasis is placed on feeling the opponents' movements rather than holding them down with their gi.

You're not going to be convinced here, though, as evidenced by the seven posts you've already made, in this thread alone, arguing with everyone who even hinted at gi not being the best of everything ever. I also love the "train gi without gi grips," which screams pointlessness. Are you that dedicated to just not training in no-gi?

No gi with strikes is the shit. Gi is fun in the off season but come on, train for your sport if you want to get maximum results.
