No mention of Gustafsson yet? He definitely has the most varied jab in MMA now that GSP is "gone." Swanson, when he's fighting more of the Joel Diaz way as opposed to Winkeljohn has one of the most active and punishing jabs I've seen in MMA (Pearson fight, 3rd round against Siver, 5th round against Stephens). Mousasi of course has a very good jab, as does Makdessi (especially defensively). Michael Johnson is a guy who's recently shown imo, the best boxing in the LW division and his jab is varied, very effective, and he does a great job establishing threats with it as well as it being integrated well within his offence and defence. R. Lawler and Aldo in the past couple years have developed very good jabs (especially Aldo with how sharp it's looked lately). Weidman, Alvarez, Wineland, Cormier, Velasquez, JDS, A. Silva, etc. are some other guys with good jabs that they use in different ways, especially the wrestlers.
Henderson doesn't have close to the best jab in the UFC. Funny how RDA used feints as well as his southpaw jab to punish Henderson, keep him reacting, and after he established it he started to set up and land some power shots that neared the end. When Henderson jabbed it didn't affect RDA as he had his feet and weight well positioned to safely defend (like parrying) and attack, forced Henderson on the retreat by feinting his jab and even countered Henderon's jab with his own.
