He honestly looks to me as if he is not the most rigorous guy with his training. Of course this is quite speculative, but he does not look hungry, and seems to run into conditioning issues a bit too often.
He was a violent youngster and thrived thus; now as an older fighter, in an age with bigger, stronger athletes, his overwhelming, explosive style no longer can pay off consistently. And he is just not as athletic or technically sharp to be consistent as a methodical fighter either. I think his time is done, even if he wins this one.
