According to Les Infos du Fight, Guidon v. Cătinaș is set for April 12 in Superkombat

http://www.lesinfosdufight.com/brice...2-avril-65648/ says that Brice Guidon v. Raul Cătinaș is set for April 12 in Superkombat.

At Superkombat World Grand Prix I 2014, possibly for the heavyweight title which could have been vacated by Ismael Londt I would say.

Le Banner, one of his coaches, will assist Guidon in the corner.

Doesn't look good for Guidon, his defense is extremely weak and he looks so slow. And against such an aggressive guy like Catinas that just spells suicide. Good luck to him anyway, maybe he improved since his last defeats in Glory.

This is a great fight! Guidon looked again very good, in France, but against a modest opponent. That"s true. In Glory he lost to Schilt in the rematch and Ghiță, both match after he returned from injury. He looked very good in his first fight against Schilt before the injury, if you watched it. Then he injured again. He shouldn"t have fought injured against Wilnis. Glory shouldn"t have released him in my opinion (the same with Hafid El Boustati and Aussie Ouzgni who were on the departure list). Nectar is the best heavyweight of France but of course Cătinaș is tough. I hope the belt will be on the table.

So that"s his real potential:

And his last fight:

Iron Raul on the other hand, was impressive versus van den Bos and Slowinski but I watched him at the trainings and still looks under Adegbuyi and must reach his maximum in 2014 as he said:

I wish SK would just put their best guys in the GP. Last years GP shows had none of their best heavyweights in the actual tournament. Even if u let 3-4 guys qualify and then put Adegbuyi, Catinas, Morasanu, etc in the final 8.
