i could watch the fight against plettenberg every day. sorry, livia!

as much as i dislike the singing of bas rutten, the commentary was pretty memorable. the part where mo suggests livia beats up one of joanne's corners after the fight was particularly funny.

I won't lie, WMMA is not really my thing but the fact that she's hot, has some nasty muay thai by the looks of it and she's Scottish, that could twist my arm. Unfortunately though, wrestling's not really big over here for us, mostly jiu jitsu and Judo so that could be a factor.

Yeah, probably helped her development to get in there with a livewire she HAD to respect... get tested, get some rounds in, not just turn up and blitz through her opponent scoring knees to the body at will, dominating from the clinch and tagging them up with her hands, etc.

Look forward to seeing what happens in the UFC.

I misread bookies for boobies, you can imagine my disappointment when I clicked here.

Here's her putting on a Muay Thai clinic.
What's her ground game like?

Agreed.

The hype building MT dismantling is fun, but we have to see how she does in all areas.

We haven't seen much of her ground work against someone who wasn't also a base kickboxer (the Lena Ovchynnikova fight) because she has, newly discovered, good TDD.

We were supposed to see it in action @ Invicta FC 6 against a good BJJer, but her original opponent dropped out.

even if her as-yet unproven jitz is lacking, if her TDD holds up she could end up being a sort of CroCop-esque standard bearer of WMMA

Would help WMMA's popularity tremendously; the ying to Rousey's yang. An in-ring savage but babyface to Ronda's heel personality

give this one a bump for the HWs, with her UFC debut coming up

Big things on the way.
