They continue to win the young male demographic and sell ad space. Fox is happy.

I can imagine an advertising exec ala Don Draper in a boardroom and just ripping his suit open with Just Bleed across his chest. I'll bet it happened. I sure do.

Good to hear a positive article about it.

So many here were hoping it'd fail, bashing it before it had a chance to grow.

But that ESPN hater just made an article not too long ago about how it was a huge failure. Sherdog tells me UFC is dying and will be gone soon. This can't be true.

Back to reality, anyone with intelligence saw this coming. Not a surprise at all.

Interesting bit...

Quote:
Despite the prevailing misconception that the UFC is little more than a blood sport, clients value the MMA franchise for its stature among the hard-to-reach young male audience. Per Nielsen, UFC on Fox packages skew younger than any other major sports franchise on TV, boasting a median age of 36, edging the NBA by a hair (37). By comparison, the NFL’s median age is 47.
I guess I never thought about it before but I would have instinctually guessed that MMA fans were far younger than other sports. So I guess there's an inverse relationship between youthful demographic and success. lol
