Fighters need to learn how to train smarter rather than training more. The guys doing 3 times a day 6 times a week are really just wearing out their bodies. You need time to recover and sometimes you just have to give yourself a cardio week. Working to exhaustion doesn't make you better it makes you more vulnerable.
