To state there's a link between TRT & cardiovascular disease is kinda like saying there's a link between fucking and AIDS. It's not anything you can logically draw conclusions from. But since an article title stating such will draw attention they'll put it out there that way.
everything can and should be tested before releasing it to the market. too bad it almost never is.

If it's a US medical treatment it has to be FDA approved which means lots of testing but the FDA is basically run by pharma corporations.
