State law does not trump Federal law - jeezus I'm Canadian and I even know that.

There have been dozens of raids on medical marijuana dispensaries in California by the ATF, even though the shops are "legal" by Californian law.

It's a very silly situation where you have voters in a state that are OK with medicinal marijuana (and it's pretty easy to get a card from what I hear), yet Federal law trumps what voters of the state have voted "legal".

Regardless of your personal views of cannabis, its still illegal. If the athletic commission catches you with it on your drug test they're going to punish you. And when you fail the test twice in a row and you bring very little to the table, then yes you'll most likely get cut.


Want a better solution? Don't fucking smoke within a month of the fight. You know when the drug test is for fuck sake.
