Come on man why do you have to be so disrespectful?
The situation in Thailand is entirely different than in the Netherlands. Camps receive a higher percentage than is usual in the Netherlands, but they have also taken care of fighters since they were young. They provided them with food, a home, a way out basically. You cannot compare this to a Dutch teenager who starts kickboxing twice a week because he needs a hobby, does a few fights after a year and finds out he has talent and starts training more and becomes a professional.
A trainer and a camp is a lot more to a fighter in Thailand than in the Netherlands.
And managers taking advantage of fighters happens in the Netherlands as well. There are tons of stories about Thom Harinck and Johan Vos ripping fighters off.
