I don't think so, I just looked it up:
"Knight, Knight. An idiom. Origin: A reference to the early days of performance jousting in front of a King and Queen. Both Knights were usually wounded, frequently fatally, in these public contests. The term 'Knight, Knight' became a way of implying that both members of a certain activity were going to die or disappear from the ranks of legitimate combat."
