The real question is, can those belts only be contested at Rumbleweight and Franklinweight? Because if so then I believe Aaron Derrow is the Rumbleweight champion (beat Clementi at 165 CW) and Vitor Belfort is the Franklinweight champion (was contested against Rumble at 197lbs, Vitor defended).
Great point they should only be on the line at a recognized currently unrecognized weight.
