It's everything we don't hear anywhere else. They went in deep about his problems with his old management and the choice GSP made to fire them all and take his close friends to manage his brand. Now that everything is in French around him (he used to get manipulated in English meetings), he feels much more comfortable.
His friends literally quit their jobs and were hired by GSP to do everything. They started by running an online survey with a marketing agency and found out GSP had a very big online following. They decided to rethink the brand and called it GSP 2.0 because it was targeting the Internet. They doubled his twitter followers and added a million facebook likes in one year!
With that in hand, they started soliciting big shot agencies and they hired SID LEE, a Montreal Jet-Set agency to promote him worldwide. Everything fell in place just right and GSP built a relationship with GOOGLE (Nexus) and even participated in a video game (Sleeping Dogs).
The rest of the documentary goes on about his rehab and his upcoming fight against Condit. What was interesting was how his new managers were nervous in every media event GSP attended. There's a part about his 888 poker sponsorship (a Mohawk owned online poker site) raising suspicion and threatening his brand but they didn't go deep there. I'll check if I can find more about it.
Rodolphe Beaulieu (new manager) claims that GSP was taken away from him in the Mohawk casino by big shots guys that wanted to "treat" him. He was very nervous about it but Georges is too intelligent to get crazy on a media promo event!
That's about it. Like that sarcastic poster said:
