I have bought the book last year. It was written by a regular mixfight.nl poster. You can PM him on the forum, his name is MJOKKIE. He also wrote the book about Badr.
Haven't heard anything about the book being translated to English.
It was very well written and I couldn't stop reading. It reveals many interesting insights about Johan Vos, Jan Plas and the Dutch and international kickboxing scene in total. Many of the things were a "public secret" in the Dutch kickboxing scene, but there are also other revelations I never heard before. For instance, it discusses the negotiations between Johan Vos and the K1 management.
It also reveals the dirty way of business Johan Vos and Thom Harinck did. They used double contracts. They told their fighters they got paid a certain amount by K1, but instead they earned much more but they kept it themselves.
I don't remember all the details, I have to read it again.
