I also remember the scare Tito gave him. Choking a top ranked fighter is a feat. To get to a position where it's available and actually executing on it is impressive.

I'd give Chris huge props if he did it. But if it happens and you want, you can totally go "meh, not a big deal Chris, you only choked out an overrated BJJ guy"

Also, the Penn fight was forever ago. It's interesting data, but hard you say how relevant it is.
