It took me a while to figure out what you're getting at, but I think this is it.
You think:
There's 100% to go around.
Let's say GSP gets, say 25%.
Let's say Diaz gets 25%.
That leaves 50% of the pie for Dana et al.
If they have Overeem as the co-main, and he gets 25%, that leaves only 25% for Dana et al.
Therefore they put Joe Schmoe as the co-main who gets .05% , leaving 49.95% for Dana and others.
How did I do?

Although your numbers are way too big, that's the jist of it.
But because it is about GSP, you're not allowed on Sherdog to say these things.
So STFU.

I would be pretty surprised if anyone ever got more than 10% of the PPV money.

But even with people getting a percentage, UFC probably gets all the revenue up to, say 150K ppv buys. After that (and I don't know the exact contracts), but GSP may get a dollar for every buy above that. Other fighters have similar contracts. I know Overeem's is very similar to what I just said. So even then, it's not like they are taking ALL of the ppv revenue. If a GSP card has 500K buys, he probably makes something like $350K on top of his fight/win/sponsor money.

I think the PPV payouts top out at around $3-$4 per buy, but not everybody gets that, probably just GSP and Silva and Brock and Couture before they retired.
I know in the Couture lawsuit it was disclosed he got $1 for every PPV until 200k, $2 for 200k-400k, $3 400k-800k, and $4 for anything over 800k, something like that, numbers could be off but not too far.
