Gus deserved a POTN though.
At the press conference, once Dana had told that Gus/Manuwa got both FOTN and POTN he immediately turned to Barnatt and told him not to worry and that the UFC would take care of him as well.

Plus you have to take into account that they prob gave him that extra 50K basically for stepping all the way down from Main Eventing a PPV to Main Eventing a Fight Pass card.

Gus got FOTN and POTN so that's 100k. But Seery/Pickett was a close fight and it was back and forth action. I don't understand how GS vs Manuwa got FOTN over them.

It just ticks me off when the bonuses just get used as a marketing tool for main card fighters when undercard fighters lay it all on the line.

I'm sure there'll be "locker room" bonuses. Eh, it wouldn't matter to me as much if Manuwa/Gus was a great fight but it had very few exchanges and the groundwork was pretty slow.

Won't keep me up at night though.

under old rules, i'd give Seery/Pickett FOTN, submission to Latifi and KO to Gus. Gunnar and Barnatt a backroom bonus
