Its a shame not just for the fighter, but for the org, that serious, but uncommon injuries like the one that happened to Silva can not be covered. World footballers are far more likely to suffer a break like Silvas, than cage fighters are.
Footballers get plenty of leg injuries (not sure if more than MMA) but they don't usually get broken arms or jaws. 15 minutes in a cage > 90 minutes on the field even if you're against Vinnie Jones in his prime.
You can get your B sample tested at an accredited lab of your choosing so Silva fanboys, stop your conspiracy theories.
