I dont get why ppl hate TUF so much. Its a good way to fish out new prospects, some seasons better then others obviously. Its good for all the fighters who participate on the show even if they dont make it into the UFC, they will for the rest of their careers be "former TUF season ___ member" and they will get local headlining fights because of it.
I understand it has the same feel every year and the house drama can get boring, but their is still a fight at the end of every episode so u can always just FFW to that.
They can't have two going at the same time.. But I really enjoyed the TUF Nations season. Perhaps im bias because I'm Canadian, but the talent was solid, and a very humble group of guys. I hope they don't cancel TUF, but maybe just have a season a year.
I do't think they should cancel TUF. Just stop getting champions and contenders involved. Use either retired fighters, well known MMA coaches or two fighters with a legit beef/rubber match planned.
I'm fine with contenders doing the show (leading to a #1 contender fight) as long as it's in a deep division (so the champ still has fights in the meantime).
I agree about champs though.
