Penn vs. Sanchez is a great choice for the top spot.

Aldo vs. Faber was hard to watch. And I don't even like Faber, but you couldn't help but pity him.

Call me old fashioned, but a perfect defense has to be a quick finish in which the contender almost can't touch the champion.

I can only think of Silva-Griffin or Silva-Leben, but neither was a title defense.
