What the hell is wrong with you? You didn't even read the title or that guys post, did you? Your post makes no sense at all. The guy said Guida and Florian aren't overrated, and they aren't. Some people would call Guida a can though. Florian is perfectly rated though. He is very well rounded, has some top notch wins, but unfortunately he was never a proven top 1-2 guy. Generally a solid top 5 in his division in the world.
