All in all they did a good job dealing with the fact that I talk a lot.
hope you get to fight.

still thinking of going with rory 2.0?

hey, rory. I like the way you carry yourself. you represented the sport well on TUF 3.... a nice contrast to "Team Dagger," arrogant alpha-dawgs, and ken shamrock's overall demeanor. I will definitely check out this interview.

No plans on changing the nickname. Just waiting to sign a bout agreement and make this thing official.

Rory Singer seems like a normal person, and really is on that border of being a "pioneer" of the sport. He was doing it at a high level before really anybody knew what 'high level' was. Good luck in the future to Mr. Singer.

Curious to hear Rory's take on how big of a farce this event is. "Throwback NHB" headlined by two guys who never fought in the NHB days and it isn't under NHB rules. No disrespect to Singer, I'd like to see if he's still got it but I think the event is a farce and it's marred by pretty clear "paid for" shill posting by Edmond Rousey.

Goodfella and Ameriku,

Thanks for the kind words.

Cyantist,

First off, please listen to the interview. Secondly, my very first amateur fight included knees to the head of a downed opponent as well as 12-6 elbows. Not sure how many less rules I would have needed to compete with to have fought NHB. Regardless, not sure why the hate or disrespect by calling the event a farce. I believe my answer to the name should put things straight about the NHB comment. Nevertheless I've been fighting since 1999 and we still called it NHB back then.

Hi Rory. Those guys were big game hunting in the Yukon territory for the last 2 weeks. They'll be back in the office tomorrow. I work for Osmosis their sister grappling org. Good luck with the fight. The last guy I fought (my only loss and it was an NHB fight) is also fighting on the same card as you, Vito Belfonte. Great interview and even though I'm a friend of Lodune's that doesn't mean I'm not also a Rory supporter.
