If they are seeing higher traffic on Facebook, they use a good fight to cap off the streaming prelims to get people to tune in to the televised portions.
Same reason people keep bitching about good fights being on the FX prelims. Keep peoples' interest, and get them to make the transition to the next portion of the show on PPV.
It isn't a slight to the fighters at all. If anything, it's a vote of confidence.
Before some of you go flying off the handle about some of the UFC's business decisions, trying thinking about it a bit more. More often than not, there's a method to the madness. There's a reason why they run a successful sports promotion and you bitch about it on Sherdog.

Nah the UFC always dumps the "worst" fights in their opinion on Facebook. Horrible choices all the time.
