Why do they like HW?

1. Barely any fighters.
2. Weak top 5? That's being generous, the heavyweight division has a "Top 2". Don't act like Overeem, Struve or Werdum will do anything to Cain or JDS.
3. Slow fighters that gas out right away.
4. The above leads to unspectacular finishes, which are overblown by the fans of the HW division.
5. The subs and KOs are nothing special. Much better ones in every other division.
hhah what the hell are you? reem will walk trough jds like a hot knife goes through butter. werdum will be a huge threat as well. than we have top10 guys like mir, cormier and barnett who are huge skilled but pretty onedimensional, but always bring a good show.

we have mid tier guys like nelson, hunt, barry, kongo etc who bring it everytime and entertain the crowd.

we have fights were anything can happen anytime due to punshing power of the big guys, not like in 125 were 5 full power overhand rights dont even make guys woble cause there is less power behind it than a chihuahua.

and its always much more entertaining to see a 245 guy taken down or judothrown than a tiny boy with the body of a 9 year old.

LOL, that's a bit too much! Do you think he might enjoy James Thompson's fights? The guy is huge and looks intimidating when he does his "Hulk is so angry" routine .

I can only guess. But I think he might be the biggest Pudzianowski fan out there.

I like watching them because they are massive, powerful and the fights don't usually go the distance. But IMO the division was at it's peak when Brock was ruler of the division, that guy felt like he was on a totally different level, I wish he got into the sport when he was at his peak because he was incredible to watch.

It's historically the most important division and right now it's pretty weak but back in Pride days it was one of the most exciting and talent-stacked divisions. Fedor, Nogueira, Cro Cop, Barnett, Kharitonov, Herring, Coleman, Randleman, Alex, Hunt, Werdum etc. were all there at the same time and majority of them in their primes.

Just look at the first page of the forum. Kings MMA simply has a team picture. There's some random really big guy with his shirt off....And Sherdog is in a tizzy. Their collective minds are fascinated by these still shots of some big guy posing with his shirt off. It's some kind of exciting big news to them. Clearly he must be interesting and a topic worth discussing in the UFC forum. More then one thread is needed, after all he's really jacked and his body is exciting a lot of people here.
