Wouldn't even let it come to a vote, thanks to a house speaker who's on the union payroll.

This is how democracy dies.

As well that event would sell out (women/children, young teenagers) compared to an event like UFC 174

Reaching much don't you think??

Try harder
You proffered that MSG is a premiere events venue and the UFC is not worthy of it.

I'm saying that when you host a performance consisting of performing-arts majors right out of school dancing around in foam-rubber suits to pre-recorded music, that your point is pretty damn well suspect.

Don't say "less cards" when what you really mean is "only quality PPV cards."

I posted the quote below in response to him; the guy doesn't know what he is talking about. That disney show wasn't even in the arena, it was in the theater.
MSG holds many events that don't come close to selling out. And anyway, they would only care about gate & concession revenue, they don't get any PPV money.

This isn't about company to company, this is about events that make the venue money and a UFC card would make them money.
MSG hosts Liberty basketball games, averaging to sell 50% of available seats, only 3 sellouts in history. MSG has to host 17 games a year for that low selling team.
I'm sure MSG would gladly host a UFC fight card, a card that would sellout. Or at least go over 50% capacity...

You should take your own advice and try harder to know what you are posting about.

Sorry bub, but New York without NYC is about as relevant as Delaware
