Not sure if this is a serious question but I will answer it.
If MMA has a desire to be a serious sport then the preeminent consideration in the fighters and coaches minds should be winning.
If guys who are winning are getting cut because they are not exciting you will see them start to change the way they fight because getting paid means a lot to these guys.
When you have a situation where a fighter who could win by fighting his own style and optimally, starts losing to lesser guys because he knows it is 'better to lose exciting then win less exciting, if you want to keep your job', that then takes the 'sport' out of MMA and makes it primarily about entertainment. We are no longer in a contest to see who is best at fighting MMA and instead are seeking 'who is most exciting in MMA'.
