Well Pettis is pretty much the only one who attempts them, and he doesn't fight very often.

He's done a wall kick, a wall knee, and he attempted some type of spinning heel kick off the wall against Guida.

The next best thing is the superman punch off the wall that Aldo and Belcher landed but that's much easier to pull off.

Why should you be able to use the cage in some fashions but not others? If it's an inert prop, then it shouldn't be allowed to be use to either fighter's advantage. Cage-walking to do the showtime kick isn't any different from grabbing the cage to stay upright.
