But yea man I agree. If he were to be stricter on his diet, he would benefit from it immensely. He'd be bigger, leaner, and would just be a complete beast at 205 (well...even moreso than he already is lol)
Likewise man, I also enjoy exchanging information, ideas and opinions with people on this forum that actually have knowledge to support their point of view.
I don't understand the hate on Dolce, he's successful doing his thing. Sure, he's a self-promoter but you have to be to succeed in any field - you can't argue with his results. He's taken fighters with histories of issues making weight and got them lean but also healthy. Dolce's actually been a fighter, so he probably has insight into the weight cut that not many nutritionists or keyboard warriors have.
The bottom line is, all the information in the world is free but the fighters and coaches want to worry about fighting, not macros, so the service he provides does work since he watches and monitors everything the fighter eats during camp. Someone like DC could get a sponsor to step up and pay Dolce's fees for one on one camp services.
It might be a good idea to get Dolce for this title fight, since Cormier's camp for the Jones fight will be shorter than usual.
