Double funny because most UFc fight happen in Vegas which is known as sin city where anything goes.

Anyway fuck both of them, they cheated and fucked up UFC 175 (which I was at and wanted to see that fight or Vitor/Chael).

If you are banned/disciplined/suspended by one commission, they request all other promotions recognize the suspension/punishment or they won't sanction your promotion.

PRIDE wanted to sign Josh Barnett when he got popped for the first time (second time) in the UFC, but if they did then PRIDE wouldn't be allowed to hold an event in Vegas or some such.

Why don't they just fist fight in a parking lot and have it filmed on Youtube? Winner gets bragging rights.

I've heard that Brazil uses Nevada's commission when a fight happens there, but I don't know how reliable is this news. Never heard about a commission in Brazil, though.

SAO PAULO – The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) today welcomed the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission, or Comissao Atletica Brasileira de MMA (CABMMA), to its list of member commissions.

“This membership is a step forward for MMA everywhere as the world of martial arts turns to Brazil for inspiration,” IMMAF President August Wallen stated today in a press release.

CABMMA will “supervise” its first event at UFC on FX 7, which takes place Saturday at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo. (The event’s main-card airs on FX following prelims on FUEL TV and Facebook.)
Prior to that the UFC "self-regulated" events in Brazil, and they brought judges and refs that were licensed by NSAC with them for those events.
