Didn't get a chance to see it.

So it's worth trying to find a recording of it tomorrow?

Agree one of best women fights this year, although this year hasn't has a lot of them. Disagree on sub-par.

If you just watched what everyone else watched, you can't deny that both women were pretty well rounded everywhere, especially on the ground game.

I give Lahdemaki a lot of credit for holding off Gadelha's subs in the first. Then when she looked like the fresher fighter in the second, trying to gain momentum, I totally became a fan of her toughness.

ronda fights have been better, but shorter.

Should only be the tip of the iceberg with tuf coming up.

I agree both girls were very well rounded, but the fight was all Gadelha.

Truly good fights have some sort of back and forth element. This didn't.

The women's 115 pound division will be 10x more exciting than women's bantamweight. The talent pool is deep and the majority of those girls have personalities.

It reminded me of Rousey v Tate II in that sense (which I still thought was a very good fight, even though it was pretty much one-sided for Rousey.)

Rousey had like 5 high flying takedowns in that fight and 3 near sub attempts before the finish came.

Yeah I thought it was fun. Definitely not a FOTY contender or anything like that though.
