Anderson is the only top shelf fighter that has to fight wrestlers, otherwise he's being spoonfed opponents and easy matchups.

dont agree at all, Evans wont be getting a lightheavy shot anytime soon at middle hes at most one win away machida beating evans is irrelvant because the way rashad choose to fight that same fight would go very different and rashad most definetly has a better shot at ando given hell have a very good chance taking silva down i just dont see how u think waiting around at light heavy having to win a bunch of fights is better then potentially walking into a match with a guy whos been exploited by a wrestler of hes calibre before who had far less tools, on top of that evans is tiny lightheavy he belongs at middle regardless.

Anderson is the clear favorite V anyone at 185 so lets put that aside for anyone who fights him.

Using the Machida fight to judge is just dumb. Machida arguably has the best tdd at LHW which denies Rashad one of his biggest tools in a fight. he is also very good at escaping and getting back up when taken down. And while Anderson tdd is not as bad as many make out it is no where near as good as machida's and his ability to get back up is near zero compared to Machida's.


So Rashad/Anderson would be a very different fight. it could resemble Anderson/Sonnen1 or 2. And until they fight we won't know.
