I guess relevant to the TRT debate, he pretty much says guys are gaming the system, and that most with "low T" have it because they abused it, or other banned substances, in the past so they aren't producing as much anymore. He kind of disagreed with Joe's idea that head trauma causes a big drop in T...he didn't flat out discount it, just said he's seen many many guys sustain lots of blows to the head and have perfectly fine T levels...so he thinks the low T phenomenon is more due to past abuse.
Outside of that...interesting to hear his background and training philosophies. He has much respect for traditional martial arts, and really never even wanted to get into the big time MMA scene. Liddell was his first guy that wanted to take a fight, and he said fine, take a couple fights and we'll see what happens...we all know what happened next. He seems like a hell of a decent guy.
