Hypothetical Fourth of July Card

After tonight, I got a bunch of ideas for this card. I doubt it happens but could you imagine this...

Vitor Belfort vs Weidman/Silva
Shogun vs Hendo II
Hunt vs Bigfoot II
Penn vs Edgar III
McGregor vs Sanchez

I'm not sure if Conor will be ready, but that last fight could be replaced by anything.

Penn/Edgar will be fighting around this time for sure.

Silva or Weidman should be ready for Vitor barring any injury.

Hunt/Bigfoot is a rematch we have to see and Rua/Hendo is a rematch we all want to see. Two fights that fans are clammoring as the greatest ever.

Epic card but unlikely.

I'd settle for Silva vs TRT Belfort 2
Rua vs Nog 2
Nog vs Nelson

Of course - that would sell in a stadium IMO

would be very interesting. I think Vitor would run through Silva. Lil Nog is always a liability with his injuries.

GSP/Hendricks II
Rousey vs. Zingano
Penn vs. Edgar

I could see topping it

Regarding Rogerio, true but I don't think he'd turn down a fight in Brazil if his brother was on the card & friend Anderson.

Since this thread is hypothetical, so is my post

I'm almost positive Edgar vs. Penn III will be a main event of a free card, it needs to be five rounds. Also, Conor said he should be returning on the Ireland card, though that was a while ago.

Shogun-Hendo and Bigfoot-Hunt rematches would really need five rounds considering how the initial fights went.
