I think he gets way too much hate. There are far worse refs than Mazzagatti. The woman ref and Margeliatta.

I would beg to differ, and would be willing to look at commission evidence (video, internal sanctions, etc.) to prove otherwise.

Mazz has the distinction of being one of the worst in the world at what he does (high-level MMA refereeing). When he is announced as a ref for a fight, I literally groan.
