Doesn't Hendo fight at 205? I know Cerrone said he would fight anyone, but man.

My prediction? Win, Win, Loss. Loss comes in the title contender fight.

I predict Cerrone will lose to Michael Johnson in his next fight. After that he will win against Tj Grant or Khabilov.

Michael Johnson is not better than Cowboy at pretty much anything MMA related.

Cowboy by sub.

he wont get 3 more this year. 2 perhaps, depending on how his next fight goes. and we don't know who that's gonna be yet. id like to see him fight nate, and Thompson. at some point, hes gonna have to get over the bendo hurdle, but id rather see that later on.

He's NOT fighting 3 more times this year. He'll be stepping up in competition the next couple of fights. Even if he wins, it's too likely that he'll get banged up and need rest!

Good run going on for the cowboy though. I enjoy watching him fight. I wouldn't rule out a title run BUT there are 3-5 guys in the division that are probably better then him.

A rematch with Nate can't be overlooked. It would be a big statement to get that loss back.

I scored it 29-28 or 30-28 but it was definitely unanimous.

The Punk match up sounds pretty good.

So does the TJ Grant.

With the furious pace he has been fighting at, he could bypass some other top contenders.

Wins over those 3 would be a hellova hit list and hard to deny him a shot.
Thanks for the input. I wasn't overlooking Nate Diaz and would like to see a rematch down the line, I just don't know if he will fight again this year with his contractual issues.

I agree, I think 5 fights is his max since he faces a higher probability of injury and incurring damage as his level of competition increases. I also think his camp will not want him to fight so frequently and/or on short notice against top competition since he's at risk of losing his momentum
