Don't care about Nelson. He's just not a good fighter, 90% of his succes can be attributed to the fact that his opposition doesn't know how to defend.
I was thinking the samen about JDS (regarding the jabs/straights). Cain was constantly beating him to the punch because he was throwing looping punces that left his face open. And I don't think it had much to do with the threat of the takedown either. For someone who is presented as one of the greatest boxers in mma, this is very dissapointing.
Side note; I have no experience in mma, only boxing.. so perhaps there was a good reason which I wouldn't know. But seeing how succesful Cain was using straights, I doubt there's more behind this.
