...and then they cut to 145.

Yea because obviously eating punches from someone 20-30 pounds heavier than you because you chose to not cut weight to make HW is so fucking easy.

Fabio Maldonado is a LHW known for an iron chin, did you see what happened when he fought Stipe Miocic who is 6'3" 240lbs and jacked??

7 Alistair Overeem
8 Mark Hunt
9 Roy Nelson
10 Frank Mir
Only in this division does....
only 4 of the top 10 have a win from their last fight
(Fabricio Werdum, Stipe Miocic, Alistair Overeem, Roy Nelson)
only 2 of those 4 have consecutive wins
(Fabricio Werdum 4 wins, Stipe Miocic 3 wins)
4 of the top 10 have notably used PED's
3 were flagged pre or post fight with elevated testosterone levels or anabolic steroids and were suspended by athletic commissions.
(Antonio Silva, Josh Barnett, Alistair Overeem , Frank Mir has admitted to using TRT when it was still legal and maintained legal levels)
A fighter is ranked #2 even after not fighting for almost a year
This has more to do with the division having no one stand out than the fighter himself
(Junior Dos Santos)
a Champion not defended his title in almost a year
(Cain Velasquez)
have a potential fight of the year that is ruled a no contest
(Antonio Silva, Mark Hunt)
the #8 and #9 ranked have no wins over anyone currently in top 10
(Mark Hunt, Roy Nelson)
4 of the top 10 have only 1 win over someone currently in the top 10
(Stipe Miocic, Josh Barnett, Alistair Overeem, Frank Mir)
the #10 ranked have 4 loses in row....wow
(Frank Mir)

For some reason The heavyweight division has some of the biggest paydays but has the least amount of depth in the whole UFC. Off the top of my head I can only name about 5-7 more heavyweights besides the ones from this list. Unfortunately its been that way for a while...
Don't use the UFC Rankings. Mir is not #10 in the UFC. HE would be #11 (bscause they don't put the champ as #1)

Also it isn't a true Top 10 because it only lists UFC fighters and ignores those outside of the UFC. Use rankings that includes all orgs.

If those fighters in the #8 and #9 place would have wins on the top 10, that would have been to the #7 to #1 so they wouldnt be ranked so low. What a stupid thing to remark

How much power can a 250lb fighter generate if he is trained right? ask Cain. the answer is 2200 lb of foece with a hook on the heavy bag.(from fight science) You just need one to the head to change the fight.
