I posted the quote below in response to him; the guy doesn't know what he is talking about. That disney show wasn't even in the arena, it was in the theater.
MSG holds many events that don't come close to selling out. And anyway, they would only care about gate & concession revenue, they don't get any PPV money.

This isn't about company to company, this is about events that make the venue money and a UFC card would make them money.
MSG hosts Liberty basketball games, averaging to sell 50% of available seats, only 3 sellouts in history. MSG has to host 17 games a year for that low selling team.
I'm sure MSG would gladly host a UFC fight card, a card that would sellout. Or at least go over 50% capacity...
