What is necessary to do, is not just banning TRT because it changes nothing at all.
What is necessary to do is to go from a 7:1 T/E ratio to what the IOC permits, which is lower. And go from urine testing to blood testing. To implement CIR/IRMS testing in each blood test. To look for HGH as well. To look for everything that you can look for.
And to have random blood tests. Not just right before an event, but random tests throughout the entire year. And many of them.
And if caught, suspended for a minimum of 2 full years, like what occurs in most sports these days.
Then we have a good beginning.
