Do you think Cormier would stick around? I don't think so. Very hypocritical if he does. If he beats Mir, I think he will be already game planning his work outs for Jon Jones. I wonder if he might come in at 230 versus Mir.

Sunshine got! Funny thing is what I stated were facts while your post "suggested" (which implies assumption) of some grudge against Werdum by the UFC. Fact is Werdum is getting a huge push by the PR machine and a win will put him right back in title contention. Failing to see the grudge but trolls are craftier these days

Ok, so how much Publicity has Werdum received in the U.S.? Ha, you never hear about him. The man should be promoted through the roof, instead you have Bigfoot fighting for the title. The UFC is making money on him in Brazil, not promoting him like you suggest. He's already well known in Brazil. The UFC has done nothing to promote him as a title contender. Oh, and "grudge" is a word you've only used in this thread.

If that happens, then rematch. Overeem is by far top 2~3 marketable UFC heavyweight. The UFC follows where the money goes.

I'd give Werdum the title shot no matter what happens in those two fights (assuming he beats Nog)
Edit: I might give Cormier the shot if Bigfoot wins and Cormier beats Mir impressively.

i wouldn't give Overeem the rematch, Werdum is already getting fucked over by Bigfoot getting the shot before him

I would imagine that Werdum is basically a lock to get the next shot if he gets past Big Nog. Only way I could see that not happening might be if Bigfoot beat Cain, and Cormier decided to stay at HW, but that is highly unlikely.
