Roger Huerta has to be it for me. 1 loss going into the fight with Guida (which he won in a good fight), the cover of sports illustrated, ufc golden child then told them he was leaving to do movies, so he was matched tough in his next 2 (which he lost) and has gone 6 and 1 I think since the Guida fight and is generally forgotten about.

How about Werdum?

Beats Fedor, then drops a decision to Overeem.

Comes to the UFC and destroys Roy Nelson and Mike Russow. Then fights once a year while JDS loses and earns another shot.
