Do the math. The odds are where they should be.
This.

Based on how Mousasi has looked lately, it's pretty amazing how easily Jacare schooled him. Jacare is the real threat to Weidman.

Not really. (about Mousasi). He's had some easy matchups lately, he would lose to anyone in the top 5. (except himself)

Rockhold and Vitor are still alive, so no.

It does still make him top 5, by definition. Gegard has skills but sometimes he just doesn't fight ferociously enough.

I honestly think Jacare is going to be as hard as Rockhold against Weidman, dude is a beast, so underrated

Odds were a bit misleading...Openers were -175/ +145 which is usually a true line.It went crazy, up to -320 but in 2 days before fight, went all the way back down to -200/ +170..
It was a bad fight for moose but hopefully that was the fight that made him realize he has to 100% train like an elite fighter..in all areas.Since that hccup he has been in the best shape of his life.
If someone told u Lawler would be champ when strikeforce was dissolved, youd laugh. After RDA started 3-4 in UFC and u were told he was going to win several straight including ko-ing B.Henderson and crushing Pettis, well- theyd probably escort u to the funny farm.
When Souza-Mousasi trilogy fight comes about, I will bet Gegard.
