I agree with the "Lyoto kicked a wrestler and Anderson kicked a striker". Plus the still shot of Anderson being ultra concentrated that they used for the computer game is epic. He is just so focused and intense in the still that I don't really associate with video interviews and even his fights. In video always seems relaxed even to the point of being nonchalant.
I think they're both really interesting in how they distract their opponent. You see Lyoto fake with a kick using the other leg a few times, and even do a karate kid style kick raising up the non-used leg first. With Anderson you see him look down at the torso / legs of Vitor to get him to think a low kick is coming before unleashing the head kick. Plus, Joe's reaction to the Anderson kick made it all the better ...he's just so excited you can't help get caught up with him.
