Not underselling at all, potential is something that hadn't been done yet. Look at probably the best black baseball player in the game today andrew mccutcheon. About the same age as lebron late 20's this years NL mvp and finish 3rd last year made 500k this year and peanuts in endorsements. Lebron probably used 500k to make it rain or wipe his butt last year but I guess I'm underselling the ability for black baseball players to land endorsements huh. It's the market man, inner city cats see bron as an aspiration, they think baseball players grew up in more affluent cities and were able to afford all the gear, all you need for basketball is a ball and a nearby park or circular shaped container. Lebron chose right as his 9 figure bank account can attest, while reigning nl mvp probably lives in a 0 bed 1 bath efficiency with no mare than 100k left in his bank smh.
