No, he went on to win the fight. Clearly it wasn't worth stopping the fight.

Big Toe > second toe

By a long shot. Almost nothing works on the feet when the big toe is damaged.

I like Hall and Im glad he won, but yes it should have been stopped. A broken bone should be an automatic stoppage.

Also, the guy losing to the dude with a broken toe with protruding bone should be ashamed.

Absolutely not. We need to move more toward the days of Roman Gladiators.

I was happy with the decision to allow him to continue. If there's going to be a line where doctors can stop fights, I think that injury just fell short of it.

a broken finger is more serious than a broken toe.

you can pretty still live your life if one of your middle toes came off and couldn't be re-attached cuz you mangled it

can you imagine living your life without your middle finger?

having it break like that and then throwing punches or getting punches blocked and having it completely come off would be HORRENDOUS.

It's not up to me to decide what's more important. Urijah Hall had just two straight and if he lost one more even to a broken toe, it could be his career on the line. in that case, maybe it is worth losing a finger or two. i wouldn't do it but i like having my middle finger to type with haha

anyway the broken bones where the bone stick out are far more serious than the ones where the bones stay inside your body.
