I want to believe that. But history has shown that is usually not the case.

No. Dillashaw just exploited his kinda weak striking game. McDonald dropped him, wineland was winning the standup and dillashaw finally destroyed him

I don't think anyone thinks that really. One could argue if he could've made adjustments had he not got tagged hard early but either way he was thoroughly dominated. The question is whether he has enough time to make the needed adjustments to win the rematch or even worse for him, if his style will lose to TJ 9/10 times.

TJ just has his number. He's going to outclass him again.

TJ is just that good.

If everything is under control, you're going too slow.

Nope. Nor do I believe the knockdown in the first caused him to lose the fight. TJ was getting the better of him before that. I don't get why it's so hard to believe that Barao isn't untouchable for a lot of people. Wineland gave him trouble by using heavy feints and movement in the first round of their bout.

I was rooting for Barao but I don't think he was particularly off that night. TJ just brought a style and set of tactics he was utterly not prepared for.

I don't clearly see how Barao can turn things around in the rematch. Still, I WANT a rematch because Barao is an elite fighter and I am very intrigued by what adjustments he will make.

This is going to be a high drama fight and that isn't something we see that often in the sport. It'll be a great night regardless of outcome.
