Everyone knows if you're fighting in WSOF, Bellator, OneFC, whatever....you're fighting in the Busch league of MMA and aren't on the big stage.
You're assuming fighters can't make money in RoadFC OneFC WSOF or Bellator

Fighting & winning until the UFC offers you another contract is not "crawling back." That's a silly notion. I don't expect them to lose on purpose to detract offers or refuse to fight for an organization that offers them the most notoriety because they were cut before. That would be just as silly.

Okami wasn't a contender? Fitch wasn't a contender? Shields wasn't a contender?

Fuck no. Gatekeepers at best. They would have remained stagnant in the UFC.

It's much better that they leave and do big things else where

There are plenty of other organizations that pay the same, if not more money for the fighters. It's obvious that the marketing will be tougher, but if enough fighters stick with another org and build it up, they can easily place themselves into the marquee spot like Chandler and Rampage have been doing.
Lol at plenty of other orgs that pay the same.

On Average UFC pays significantly more than any other org. Thw pontential for earning is 10 higher than any other org.

I don't think you understand the definition of "contender." All 3 were top 10 fighters. Okami & Shields were both on 3 fight win streaks & lost to fighters that are currently in the title discussion. Shields lost to the current champion & another top 10 fighter that was in the title discussion at the time. Had those 3 won those fights, what do you think would have happened? "Gatekeepers" generally don't enter & remain in the top 10 for YEARS. They also aren't generally given fights that put them within a few fights of a title shot. On the night that they lost their final UFC match, there's NO WAY you can call ANY of them "gatekeepers." That's bananas...lol

What are they supposed to say? No thanks?

Invicta doesn't pay shit. Some of the 115 fighters that are coming in that were paid $32,000 to sit and train until the show were making $1k/$1k in Invicta.
