Fact of the matter is, Rousey is the only nasty finisher the UFC have, in the women's division. Let's see the enthusiasm keep growing when Tate/Zingano is a slow three rounds, and so on. Rousey is the only potential superstar they have - Carano's not coming back, Cyborg's not coming.

Rousey/Carmouche opens the door for Ronda Rousey, that's it. Oh, and whichever opponent is lucky enough to get thrown in for a squash-match to further ROnda's profile. They'll get 3mins of fame, then back to obscurity.

Gina's success opened the door for Ronda. Ronda has said she wouldnt have moved to MMA if it wasnt for Gina showing that's its a viable career path. More and more women will start the train MMA now.

Kayla Harrison has had trouble cutting weight before but hopefully she could make at least 145. Her and Ronda were team/roommates for years.

i still don't like wmma fuck it. rousey's gnp was like elementary school kids fight. that's how we used to fight behind the school when we were 10 (minus the armbars)

still find it pretty interesting how NO woman fighter cannot defend ronda's armbar, kinda ridiculous. that just shows the "quality" of her opponents
