Hey guys. It's winter here in the UK and the weather is getting awful. I'm curious to hear what people do when dealing with the freezing weather and the prospect of a long, hard MMA class instead of a warm cup and warm home.
What do you do to get yourself training?
I'm a big fan of wrapping up before I leave anywhere, and I find that if I'm warm as I leave wherever I am to head to training I can get myself there easier.
