Rory is a true martial artist. His movement is so fluid and his precision is so precise.

He has such detail and is a hard worker.

I've posted this video a few times on Sherdog, it's fantastic.

2 year, 5 fights ago, Rory was a mauler. TD and savage GnP. Now, his last fight was a striking spectacle. I really wonder what Rory's ceiling is as a fighter. I've been following him for years before the UFC and I did not predict this type of performance coming from him in the UFC.

Amazing video, but I always wonder if they don't exaggerate that this was their game-plan, after the fact, since he pretty much clobbered Woodley. Seems like the game-plan was to not rush him on the fence and stay at range, everything else is just good stand-up.

Masterclass from Rory. I so enjoyed this display, and my respect for his talent and confidence in himself went through the roof.

A filthy mauler

It takes an incredible amount of discipline to stick to a game plan like that, stay calm and known to implement strategies you've trained for. Respect to Rory and Tri Star for really emphasizing game plans and strategy along with get techniques.

I'm glad that Lawler beat him. Rory still fights boring.
